They go forth and get it done, they are ready to face the side effects. They finish the implant, and they are more often inclined to see only the positive points, even though there are not many, and there have been many examples, where even though there have been a total failure of the operation the women go into a state of delusion. Many regret it, and many really don’t, and try and enjoy the new change.
The end result is that, a breast implant might make you feel a bit different and maybe greatly improve your confidence level, but eventually, you're as womanly as before, because that trait originates in your mind. Not your breasts.
